The acquisition follows an impressive year for Pitchero, which has seen traffic and user registration more than double in the last 12 months.

Clubs using WebTeams.co.uk will be integrated into the Pitchero football network, a free, market leading service offering clubs professional, feature rich websites.

The acquisition by Pitchero will increase Pitchero’s total traffic to over 1.8 million unique users confirming Pitchero as the UK’s number one website for amateur and semi professional sport.

As well as confirming the acquisition Pitchero has announced it will be exhibiting at the National Soccer Coaches Association of America 2012 Convention in Kansas City America. The convention brings together over 10,000 soccer coaches from across America and takes place between the 9-11 of January 2012.
