Pitchero - The global sports network

The NSCAA 65th Annual Convention will be held in Kansas City from Thursday 12th January until Saturday 14th January 2012.

Billed as "The World's Largest Annual Gathering of Soccer Coaches," each year the NSCAA convention draws approximately 4,000 coaches from our 30,000 plus members, and more than 8,000 attendees over five days. The exhibit portion of the convention annually showcases more than 270 exhibitors covering 600,000 square feet, making it the largest soccer trade show in the United States.

To capitalise on this major annual event, Pitchero will be launching the new North American Soccer Network live at the conference. The new network will be dedicated to North American soccer clubs, leagues and governing bodies.

Utilising the core Pitchero platform, the new soccer network will provide clubs and leagues with an easy to use template to create a free, professional soccer website in minutes.

Commenting on the exhibition, Pitchero’s CEO Mark Fletcher said: “The team is hugely excited about Kansas 2012. We hope this will be the first of many trips to the US before Pitchero sets up a permanent base in North America.

“The management and delivery of soccer in North America is a world away from football in the UK. We have already made significant changes to the Pitchero platform and have begun delivering services to US and Canadian soccer clubs. We hope the trip will result in more clubs and leagues using Pitchero and provide a valuable source of networking.”

Four members of Pitchero’s staff will be traveling to Kansas and the team will be uploading new blog posts each day, with photos and video interviews.
