A message from Sam Warburton

Train at home with the 2 times Lions captain and SW7 Academy.

There's a lot of uncertainty around the grassroots game at the minute, so we wanted to help make sure you're in better shape than ever when Rugby returns.

It takes hard work to gain size and strength, but it takes a lot less time when you have structure, when you follow a good training program and eat for your goals.

The SW7 Academy was created to give people that guidance so they don't have to waste time with trial and error. Multiple programs to follow and tonnes of advice around nutrition. This along with a supportive community inside of Facebook and you can't go wrong!

Thanks to Pitchero, members of your club can now access a 14-day free trial of the academy, where you can get the expert guidance you need to achieve your fitness goals.

In June, we'll be launching a special Pre-Season Program, so whilst you might not be able to train with your teammates, you will be able to train with a Lions captain and hundreds of like-minded people, looking to get in the best shape possible.

We've also developed a series of bodyweight and band only workouts, designed for maximum effect, which you can download for free here.

To find out more about the Academy and to start your extended free trial, go to www.sw7academy.com/pitchero.

We look forward to seeing you in the academy soon!

Stay safe,

Sam & Josh
