We’re continuing to make match day administration faster and easier for clubs, coaches and team officials.
As part of our ongoing work to bring the features of the Pitchero Manager app into the Pitchero Club App, the latest update (v8.2.0) allows admins to add Match Events directly from their phone.
With Match Events now available in the Club App, team admins can record the key moments behind the score as they happen.
Whether it’s a goal, assist, substitution or another important update, you can now capture the action quickly from the touchline.
This helps bring fixtures to life for players, parents, supporters and members who cannot be there in person. As well as showing the half time and full time score, teams can share the story of the match as it unfolds.
We have also made the process easier.
As part of this update, the flow for adding events has been streamlined. With actions such as goals and assists, and substitutions merged together so they can be added in the same action.
That means fewer steps for admins and a faster way to capture accurate match information during the game.
Matchdays can be busy for volunteers.
From setting up teams and speaking to players, to updating supporters and posting on social media, admins are often managing several jobs at once.
The new Match Events feature helps make one of those jobs much easier, giving team officials a quick and simple way to keep fixtures updated from their mobile.
Adding Match Events as the game unfolds keeps members and supporters up to date with the game as it is progressing.
Live updates are automatically posted to your Club website, engaging social media posts of the events are shared, and a push notification goes to the Club App for members and supporters who are on the go!
It is a simple way to improve communication and keep members more connected to the team.
To start using Match Events, open the Pitchero Club App, select the relevant fixture and go to the highlights tab.
From there, you’ll find the option to Add Match Events.
The feature is now available in the latest version of the Pitchero Club App, so make sure your app is updated via the app store.
This update is part of our wider plan to bring more admin and team management tools into the Club App.
With Match Events now live, clubs can capture more of the action, keep supporters updated and manage more from their mobile.
