Pitchero will begin the process of upgrading every club using the Standard package, to the new Elite package. This allows Pitchero to better serve all clubs and ensure your members can access the latest digital technology.
At the start of 2017, we introduced the new Elite package. This package includes: Custom website design, reduced advertising, domain name hosting & registration and 5 custom email accounts. Check out the features on the package playlist below.
What does this mean for your club?
Your club website will be upgraded to the new Elite package, which may mean a change in your current payment plan.
This change depends on the payment method (Direct Debit or Credit/Debit card) and the payment interval (monthly or annual).
In all instances, you can upgrade early and take advantage of the new Elite features today. Visit the packages section of your control panel or book a call with your account manager to arrange.
We explain each change below:
Credit/Debit card - monthly payments
You don’t need to do anything. Your package will upgrade automatically on your usual billing date in January 2018. Your payment will increase from £18 - £20 per month.
Credit/Debit card - annual payments
On January 10th 2018, we will upgrade your package from Standard to Elite automatically. Your billing date will remain the same, but there may be a small charge on the 10th, to cover the period between the upgrade and your normal billing date.
To find out how much you will be charged on Jan 10th, get in touch with your account manager or contact support.
Direct Debit - monthly
You will need to upgrade to the Elite package before your usual monthly billing date in January 2018, or you risk your package reverting to the Free package and a loss of access to some features.
To upgrade go to the packages area of your control panel and choose to upgrade to the Elite package.
Direct Debit - annual
You will need to upgrade to the elite package before 10th January 2018, or you risk your package reverting to the Free package and losing access of some features.
To upgrade now, go to the packages area of your control panel and choose to upgrade to the Elite package. Or, contact your account manager.
If you still have time remaining on your current subscription we will be in touch to arrange a rebate so you will be reimbursed the cost of the days you had remaining on your original Standard Package subscription.
