Preparing for a new season can create a huge amount of work for club volunteers.
Fixtures need to be added, results updated and league tables maintained—all while keeping players, parents and supporters informed.
Pitchero’s Competitions Database is designed to make this process much easier.
It houses hundreds of league competitions across different sports, regions and playing standards, helping clubs manage their season from one central system.
One central place for competition data
Once a competition has been added to Pitchero, its fixtures, results and league table can be managed centrally.
Clubs can then connect their teams to the appropriate competition through the club admin dashboard.
Connected fixtures and league tables are displayed across the club’s Pitchero website and mobile app. When results are entered, the league table is updated, helping clubs provide members and supporters with accurate information throughout the season.
This removes the need for multiple clubs in the same division to repeatedly enter the same information. It also reduces the risk of inconsistent fixtures, results or league standings appearing across different club websites.
Save valuable volunteer time
Connecting a team to a competition can save club and team administrators hours of work across the season.
Instead of manually copying fixtures, entering results in several different places or maintaining league tables through spreadsheets, volunteers can manage competition information within Pitchero.
Competition data also supports other areas of the platform, including team selection, player availability, matchday communications and match reports. This helps clubs bring more of their weekly team administration together in one place.
To connect a team, an authorised club administrator can visit the Teams area of the club admin dashboard, select the relevant team, open Competitions and search for the appropriate league or division.

Can’t find your competition?
If your team’s competition is not currently available on Pitchero, our Support Team may be able to help—provided the full division fixtures are publicly available on the league or governing body’s website.
When contacting Support, please include the full league name, the division name and a direct link to the page containing fixtures for the entire division.
Providing all three details will help the team locate and review the competition as quickly as possible.
By connecting teams to Pitchero’s Competitions Database, clubs can reduce repetitive admin, improve the accuracy of their information and keep everyone updated throughout the season.
