We’ve got plenty of new Pitchero updates to share this week, all designed to make managing and promoting your club even easier.
This week’s improvements include new admin tools in the Pitchero Club App, updates to your club website, improvements to key website pages and a change to how Social Cards will be shared in the future.
Here’s everything you need to know.
New Pitchero Club App admin upgrades
We’ve introduced a number of updates to the Pitchero Club App to make everyday club and team management easier for coaches, managers and club officials.
The latest improvements give admins more control over match events, make it easier to review player availability and selection, and simplify training attendance for clubs managing multiple teams.
The latest updates include:
- The ability to add and edit match events directly in the app
- View selection statuses within Player Availability
- Filter training attendance by team
- Location visible on fixture and results lists across the app
These changes are designed to reduce the need to switch between different systems or devices when managing your team. Whether you’re confirming availability, checking training attendance or updating a match, more of your everyday club management can now be handled directly from the Club App.
The Pitchero Club App is already highly rated by the Pitchero community, with a 4.6/5 rating from more than 15,000 reviews on the Apple App Store and 4.5/5 from more than 5,000 reviews on Google Play.

We’ve also released several upgrades to Pitchero club websites, helping clubs create clearer, more useful websites for players, parents, supporters and visitors.
The latest improvements include updates to:
- Club Information
- Documents
- Sponsors
- Match Reports
The redesigned Sponsors page gives clubs a better way to showcase commercial partners and recognise the organisations supporting the club.
We’ve also updated the Match Reports page, making it easier for supporters and members to browse reports from across the season.
Meanwhile, refreshed Club Information and Documents pages help clubs present important information, policies, forms and resources more clearly.
These improvements form part of our ongoing work to make Pitchero club websites easier to manage and better for members, supporters and visitors.
All of these upgrades are included as part of your existing Pitchero package.
Coming soon: a major Club Website Media upgrade
There’s plenty more on the way.
We’re currently working on a major update to the Club Website Media section, giving clubs a much better way to showcase their photos and media.
The new design will make visual content easier to browse and give clubs more opportunities to bring their website to life with photos from matches, training sessions, events and club activities.
We’ll share more information when the new Media section is ready to launch.
Social Card sharing is changing

We’re also making an important change to Pitchero Social Cards.
In the next few weeks, clubs will be able to share Social Cards using any compatible app installed on their device, rather than being limited to specific social media platforms.
That means when you create graphics for fixtures, results and other club updates, you’ll have much more flexibility over how and where you share them.
To prepare for the update, we recommend making sure the person responsible for club social media has the relevant apps downloaded to their phone and is already logged into the club accounts they manage.
Once the update goes live, you’ll simply create your Social Card in Pitchero and choose the app you want to use to share it.
We’ll provide full details when the feature launches.
More Pitchero updates coming soon
We’re continuing to improve the Pitchero Club App, club websites and the tools clubs use every week.
Keep an eye on the Pitchero Blog and our club communications for more new features, improvements and product updates coming soon.
