Update - FixturesLive

Following the restructuring of the England Hockey Leagues, FixturesLive will close to all leagues and club administrators, across all sports, this summer.

Anyone using FixturesLive to manage members, fixtures and results will no longer be able to access their FixturesLive account or view FixturesLive content online after 01/08/2021.

Pitchero can offer everything your club or team requires to manage your members online, and we're giving FixturesLive users an exclusive 6 months FREE access* to our award-winning technology.

Click here to get in touch and claim your 6 months FREE access to Pitchero.

What do I need to do?

As you will be unable to access historical FixturesLive data after the 01/08/2021, we recommend that all clubs/teams export all data from their FixturesLive account.

The following data can be exported from FixturesLive:

  • Members + payment information
  • Team selections
  • Scorers
  • Players by team
  • Match Fees

To export your data, do the following:

  • Go to the Club Administrator area for the club
  • Click ‘Members’ from the left-hand menu
  • Click ‘Downloads’ at the top of the page
  • Choose a type of members list you wish to download
  • Choose the output (Excel or webpage)
  • Click ‘Download (new window)

If you are looking for an alternative club management solution, we recommend taking advantage of the 6 month FREE access to Pitchero. To get started, simply complete the form below and a member of the team will be in touch.

FAQs for Club Administrators

What will happen to the data I have added to FixturesLive?

From the 1st of August 2021, you will no longer be able to access your FixturesLive account or use the FixturesLive widgets - meaning you will no longer have access to any historical data added to FixturesLive, such as members, scorers and payment information.

To ensure you keep a record of this data, we recommend exporting your data before the 1st of August 2021.

Will I still be able to use the FixturesLive widget?

No. The FixturesLive widget will stop working after the 1st August 2021. If you are currently displaying a FixturesLive widget on your website, you should remove this on or before this date.

Pitchero's centrally managed competition database allows you to show league fixtures, results and tables directly on your website - another great reason to move your website to Pitchero!

How do I export data from FixturesLive?

A Club Administrator can export a list of members, scorers and more to a CSV file. Follow these steps:

  • Go to the Club Administrator area for the club
  • Click ‘Members’ from the left-hand menu
  • Click ‘Downloads’ at the top of the page
  • Choose a type of members list you wish to download
  • Choose the output (Excel or webpage)
  • Click ‘Download (new window)

Clubs using Pitchero can easily import the member data straight into Pitchero. What’s more, you can collect lots of useful and vital information from members in Pitchero.

Our team can help your club align the data you need to collect from members, upload and store the information securely in Pitchero.

How will I manage my fixtures for next season?

It's best to speak to your league directly to find out the plan for fixtures beyond the 1st August. For any club or team wanting a way to add friendly fixtures, and manage players then we recommend taking advantage of the 6 month free trial of Pitchero.
