What do I need to do?
As you will be unable to access historical FixturesLive data after the 01/08/2021, we recommend that all clubs/teams export all data from their FixturesLive account.
The following data can be exported from FixturesLive:
- Members + payment information
- Team selections
- Scorers
- Players by team
- Match Fees
To export your data, do the following:
- Go to the Club Administrator area for the club
- Click ‘Members’ from the left-hand menu
- Click ‘Downloads’ at the top of the page
- Choose a type of members list you wish to download
- Choose the output (Excel or webpage)
- Click ‘Download (new window)

FAQs for Club Administrators
What will happen to the data I have added to FixturesLive?
From the 1st of August 2021, you will no longer be able to access your FixturesLive account or use the FixturesLive widgets - meaning you will no longer have access to any historical data added to FixturesLive, such as members, scorers and payment information.
To ensure you keep a record of this data, we recommend exporting your data before the 1st of August 2021.
Will I still be able to use the FixturesLive widget?
No. The FixturesLive widget will stop working after the 1st August 2021. If you are currently displaying a FixturesLive widget on your website, you should remove this on or before this date.

How do I export data from FixturesLive?
A Club Administrator can export a list of members, scorers and more to a CSV file. Follow these steps:
- Go to the Club Administrator area for the club
- Click ‘Members’ from the left-hand menu
- Click ‘Downloads’ at the top of the page
- Choose a type of members list you wish to download
- Choose the output (Excel or webpage)
- Click ‘Download (new window)
