- Stripe Connect Express fees begin from as little as 1.67% + 15p.
- Stipe Connect Express fees include all Stripe and Pitchero charges.
- Stripe Connect Express replaces the original Stripe integration, which will no longer be available to UK clubs new to collecting payments.
- We recommend UK clubs using the original Stripe integration to migrate all payments to Stripe Connect Express for lower transaction fees.
- Stripe Connect Express offers the lowest credit and debit card payment fees and supports Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Pitchero continues to offer payment provider GoCardless providing instant bank pay and direct debit transactions. GoCardless does not support Apple Pay or Google Pay.
How to get started?
Go to your club admin dashboard and select Payments Tools from the navigation.
Follow the instructions to add Stripe Connect Express to your club website. Clubs can add multiple Stripe Connect Express accounts, connecting to multiple club bank accounts.
Example - Junior payments can go to a junior bank account and senior payments to a different senior bank account.
Note: Only UK clubs subscribing to the Standard or Pro package can access Stripe Connect Express. To upgrade your package, go to the admin dashboard and click Packages top left.
