Looking to get in shape ahead of the new hockey season? We've got just the workouts for you! We've teamed up with Reading Hockey 1st team player & Personal Trainer Ciaran O'Connell to provide you with a series of hockey themed, home workouts to get the blood pumping.
Designed to be fun and suitable for all ages and fitness levels, these short 25 minute workouts will put you through your paces whilst remaining enjoyable.
Many of the exercises do require you to use a hockey stick however if you don't have a hockey stick to hand, try and find something of a similar shape and size. Good luck and enjoy the videos!
