Managing Members with the Pitchero Club App

What's New?

The latest update to the Pitchero Club App (v8.2.0) is available to all users on iOS and Android and gives Webmasters and Team Admins access to powerful member management tools, including:

Search and View Members

Quickly find and view member records directly from the app. Whether you're looking for a player's contact details, checking membership information or reviewing volunteer records, everything is available in just a few taps.

Add New Members

Growing your club is now even easier. Administrators can add new members directly from the Club App, whether they're signing up at training, attending an open day or joining during the season.

Invite Members to Join the Club

Send invitations to prospective members straight from your mobile device. A simple invitation allows new members to connect with your club and access everything they need through Pitchero.

Moderate Membership Requests

Review and approve requests to join your club from within the app. This gives administrators complete control over who joins the club while helping maintain a safe and organised membership database.

Message and Call Members

Need to contact a player, parent or volunteer? Administrators can now send messages and make phone calls directly from member profiles, making communication faster and more convenient than ever.

Manage Roles and Family Relationships

Keep your membership database organised by managing member roles and family connections directly within the app. This makes it easier to maintain accurate records and ensure members have the correct permissions and access.
