Managing payments is one of the most important and often most time-consuming jobs for club volunteers.
That’s why we’ve introduced a wide range of improvements to make collecting, tracking and managing payments through Pitchero clearer and more efficient.
New dashboard pages
The new Problem Payments dashboard gives administrators one place to identify payments that require attention, understand why they have failed and take the appropriate action.
Clubs can also schedule daily, weekly or monthly email reports, helping finance teams stay informed without continually checking the dashboard.

We’ve also added dedicated tabs to the Shop and Payments dashboard for failed payments, Direct Debit cancellations and cancellation requests. This provides greater visibility of members who may have stopped paying or experienced a recent payment issue.

Across Shop products and Match Fees, improved reporting now makes it easier to see how much a member has paid and how much they still owe. A running lifetime summary is available within the Payments tab of each member’s profile, giving administrators a clearer overall picture of their payment history.

Better payment communications
Members are now automatically notified when a subscription or instalment payment fails, allowing them to update their details and resolve the problem quickly.
They will also receive electronic receipts following successful subscription and instalment payments.

Where a product has been assigned but not purchased, Pitchero will automatically send the member a reminder after 72 hours—helping clubs increase payment completion without creating more administrative work.
Administrators can also create targeted message groups directly from the Product Assignments page. The option to apply filters makes it simple to contact members who have—or have not—completed a purchase.

New alerts provide clearer information when a Direct Debit mandate prevents an administrator from changing a subscription price.
Clubs using Stripe Connect Express will also be notified when additional account information is required, helping prevent restrictions or interruptions to payment processing.
New tools for administrators
The Product Assignments page now displays each subscription’s status, clearly showing whether it is active, completed, cancelled or connected to a one-off payment.
Clubs can also see the progress of an instalment plan, making it easier to understand how many payments have been completed and whether further instalments are expected.
Failed or missing payments can now be marked as Resolved from the Problem Payments page.
Resolved items are hidden to keep the dashboard focused, but they can be restored whenever required.

Finally, Match Fee assignments can now be exported to CSV. Clubs can export every assignment or a filtered selection to support reporting, committee discussions and other administrative processes.
Together, these improvements give clubs better visibility, stronger communication and more control—helping volunteers spend less time chasing payments and more time supporting their members.
